Food, And The Importance Of Food For Human Shame

Nutrition is a relatively new science that studies how to eat healthily. Nutrition is the supply of body cells with matter (in the form of food), necessary for the continuation of life.
In the human body, from birth to death, various factors act from the external environment, the most important of which is undoubtedly food.
Important: Food prepared for two is enough for three, and food prepared for three is enough for four!
Genuine scientific research on food has continued since the 1960s, and as a result this science is always in the process of changing because the guidelines that were given a decade earlier are constantly changing.

Lack of food for humanity has always been a problem, where in many countries of the world with low economic development appear various diseases of malnutrition, while in Western countries food is presented as a surplus and overweight diseases appear.

In the beginning, ancient Greek and Roman physicians and writers (Socrates, Cicero, Hippocrates) left writings on food and the cure of various diseases.
What are the nutrients?
Organic matter
1. Carbohydrates (sugars)
2. Fats (lipids)
3. protein
4. Vitamins

Inorganic matter, Importance of food

Functioning of organic and inorganic matter
Nutritionists perform three basic functions in our body:
1. Food ingredients that provide energy for human metabolism.

– The main and basic ingredients that provide energy are carbohydrates and fats. Protein can only serve as a source of energy under certain conditions, while vitamins, minerals and water are not a source of energy.

2. Food ingredients used for body growth, development and regeneration.
– This group includes all the nutrients, where certain proteins, water and minerals play a major role.

3. Nutrients, which we use to regulate metabolic and physical processes (enzymes, hormones), etc.

– Proteins, vitamins and minerals are the basic regulators of matter. From which nutrients and in what percentage do we gain energy for physical and sports activities. According to the general principles of nutrition in sports, structural energy needs and other metabolic needs in sneakers should be met by taking 50-60-70% carbohydrates, 20-30% fats and 10-20% protein.
